We stand behind Dentra. Every order is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee — you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund if you're not satisfied, for any reason.

Because gum health takes time and we want you to actually experience your results, you may request a refund even after using your Dentra. You do not need to leave it unused or keep it in its original packaging to qualify. Give it a real try — that's the point of the guarantee.

How to start a return or refund

To start a return or claim your guarantee, contact us at hello@dentraclean.com with your order number. We'll respond within a few hours with next steps.

For hygiene reasons, we generally do not require you to ship your used Dentra brush back to us. In most cases, once your refund is approved, you can simply keep or dispose of the item. If a return shipment is needed for any reason, we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send it.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without first requesting one may not be processed.

Damages, defects & wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@dentraclean.com so we can make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Replacement brush heads and defective-unit issues are always covered.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@dentraclean.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund on your current order and place a new order once your refund is approved.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee. To exercise it, contact us at hello@dentraclean.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-returnable. All physical Dentra products are covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee described above.
